The team performs field inspections at specific intervals of construction. Our inspections confirm systems and equipment have been installed to the planned details, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. This ensures the quality standards of installation meet the design conditions.

Our engineering team will arrive on site to validate final equipment installation, startups have been completed, and all the interlocks have been established for operational control.

An FPT ensures that the deliverables of the project have been proven. Our engineers will arrive on site after the testing and balancing has been completed to perform a series of tests to ensure the sequence of operation, function, and performance of all installed equipment meets the scheduled and design criteria.

At closeout, we provide a detailed report and ensure all trade members stay attached to the building so they can maintain the warranty and onboard new, trusted service members to help manage the building’s life hereafter.

The NTi Engineering Diagnostics Team manages alerts and alarms from our monitoring system. When your monitored equipment falls out of tolerance, an alert will be sent to the appropriate team member and dispatch a service tech to the site, if needed, to resolve the problem.

Our Management Services are integrated into our Commissioning process. We communicate and connect all team members together and manage milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
