Our scheduling team validates critical milestones required to start and finish all Renew and preventative maintenance activities on time. We communicate and update the progress of each through our shared communications platform, so everyone is aware and working toward the same goals.

Our preventative maintenance solution is optional if you have an existing partner that performs this work. If not, this program is designed to continuously care for your HVAC and refrigeration needs.

Our team will perform tests on the equipment to ensure proper functionality. Any issues will be documented in our project report shared with the client, as well as recommended solutions.

Proper building pressurization restricts moisture and contaminant transfer across the building envelope. Ignoring it can result in mold damage within the building envelope and can contaminate occupied spaces within the building. By establishing the proper building pressure, we create a clean and healthy environment.

We collect and enter field data through FaciliBuild HUB. The platform allows us to share our results in real-time with those who need to know and to collaborate with our field team to find solutions to deficiencies. The results are quickly compiled to ensure we can review and certify the final report in a timely manner.

Our team inspects and validates the overall facility health. Our executive report contains photo documentation, a summary of findings and recommendations. NTi’s mission is to maintain your facility so that everything is promoting a healthy, balanced space.
