Test & Balance Technician for the Commercial HVAC Industry to service our Columbus, OH area with periodic national outreach.
National TAB Intelligence is a high performing certified test, adjust, and balance (TAB) company. We perform HVAC balancing for our clients, large and small, throughout the United States. Our technicians perform the certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in new commercial retail, design-build, and public projects. We provide all necessary equipment, extensive training, and ongoing support to our technicians, enabling them to provide the high standard of testing and balancing services our customers rely on. All new associates will be based in the Columbus, OH regional area with the opportunity to travel the USA in a wide and varied number of settings. In addition, there is the opportunity for advancement in the Ohio market and other metropolitan areas across the U.S. For the first 3 months of employment, the majority of the training will take place at our headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This training will be Monday - Thursday with a 3-day weekend for those weeks.
The position allows for the candidate to grow within the company and achieve multiple certifications once trained by our internal team.
Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering Technology or other technical degree preferred. Will also consider associate degree candidates if you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the test & balance (TAB) industry or the mechanical service industry. A candidate with 4+ years of HVAC Service and TAB experience will also be considered.
If you don't have the required technical degree or experience but have strong hands-on mechanical skills in an industry that requires you to troubleshoot and build, we would love the opportunity to talk to you about working with our team and receiving the training to advance in our company.

Valid driver's license
