Indoor Air Quality Services
National TAB Intelligence offers several IAQ services to protect the people in your buildings:
-
Having comfort issues in your space such as hot or cold spots, space pressurization, or stagnant, humid air? Our engineers can help. We’ll perform a building analysis and field testing to determine possible solutions to your problems. Your facility team or operators will be consulted with if additional mechanical requirements are needed. Energy, noise, and comfort throughout the space are all taken into consideration.
-
Are you hearing customer complaints about comfortability? Our Renew program resolves comfortability issues and improves the overall health of your facility. This program can be performed on an as needed basis depending on your building’s requirements.
-
Our testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) approach far exceeds many in the industry. We offer plan reviews, construction walk-throughs, commissioning, and continuously work with your facility team to keep your building balanced and comfortable.
-
Proper building pressurization impacts how much and where infiltration occurs throughout your building. Maintaining your building’s pressure is especially important for controlling temperature, humidity, indoor air quality, and promoting a healthy building. Our team can perform a building pressurization analysis to improve proper overall building pressure to fit your application and, if required, design and recommend additional outside air using Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) or using current assets to improve your fresh air!
-
Keeping your HVAC coils clean from mold and mildew growth is critical for longer unit life, reduced energy cost, and healthier buildings. We provide RGF’s patented, high quality UV coil cleaning systems to maintain a clean HVAC coil and interior housing.
We can also evaluate your system for current conditions to verify if any blockage exists due to debris or the quality of your duct system. We will generate recommended guidelines for proper filter systems, UV systems, and possible duct issues that need to be resolved.
